It’s crisp and well structured, just not very complex. Palate: Honey, banana heavy fruit, malt, vanilla, nuts, light spice and dried fruit. Finish: Medium finale of dried fruit, honey, malt and grainy sweetness. Distillery Information Cooley Distillery is an Irish whiskey distillery, located on the Cooley Peninsula in County Louth, Ireland, converted in 1987 from an older potato alcohol plant by John Teeling.
