The agave used for this tequila comes from the valleys of Jalisco, aged 6-8 years before harvesting. This añejo is aged 12 months in toasted American oak. Sauza Tres Generaciones Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes Nose: Strong toasted oak, light-cooked agave and a hint of caramel-vanilla sweetness. Palate: Full and balanced. Starts with brown sugar, fades soft oak and clean agave. Finish: Warm oaky finish.
