Tequila: Casa Noble Blanco USDA certified organic, 100% Single Estate Blue Agave, triple distilled for a superior taste. This Blanco is in a class by itself. Size: 750mL Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Mexico Distillery: La Cofradia Blue Weber agave patiently allowed to mature 10-14 years are used to create this distillate. After harvest the agave are steam-roasted in stone ovens for 38 hours and then shredded and squeezed to extract the sweet aguamiel (aka honey water or sweet agave syrup). This is then allowed to ferment for 5 days before it is triple-distilled. Casa Noble Blanco Tequila Tasting Notes Nose: Vegetal and sweet, ripe with mango, floral agave and hints of honey. Palate: Smooth and sweet with peppery flavours, fresh agave, mint and citrus. Notes of ginger and cinnamon. Finish: Medium-long and a tad bitter.
